Some of the experts
are starting to ask whether or not we’ve seen the bottom of this
recession. Some say that the Ark of the recession is heading up not as
fast as we would like. New-home building numbers are very low. It is
clear that the housing market got us into this recession. The housing
market I have to get out of this recession. Thanks one and guidelines
are still very tight. And they went in the opposite direction and are
now overcompensating for all of the loose lending guidelines that they
had for so many years. This freezing of cash flow only slow the
recovery of our economy. Mortgage rates continue to climb, but are
still a record lows.
